Faulty Goods
All verified faulty goods will be fully refunded and we will pay the return postage.
Non-Faulty Goods
For reasons of hygiene we do not accept returns, unless the reason for return is due to a mistake by ourselves.

Complaints
All complaints will be personally dealt with as soon as possible.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and keep you informed of our progress during the complaints procedure.
